VIXEN LITTER

In winter 2021, Nysha fell in love with a handsome French guy. He definitely knew how to charm her and after a lovely walk in the forest these 2 lovebirds had 2 successful matings. We can’t wait to see what kind of surprise they have for us.

Nysha knows what she wants in life. She is a lovely working and family dog who likes to spend time outdoor. Whether it’s a ball game or a big cuddle in front of the fireplace, it’s all her cup of tea. She loves children and adores the attention she gets. Not a typical Toller thing, but Nysha likes to spend time with the cats in her home and plays with them. She is active competing in Agility and has a thing for water. She is athletic build, has a straight top line, balanced structure and a very feminine head. She has the dark pigment which gives her a very special expression.

Leffe is a charming French guy. He loves attention and comes from a hunting line. He is a real family dog with an excellent coat and strong bone. He is a big boy with a sound temperament and a calm spirit. He has an excellent pedigree and all the things we were looking for to be an ideal match for Nysha. He is very friendly towards other dogs and people. He has an open heart and trusts all new situations. He followed us on this new adventure and behaved like a true gentleman, what more could we wish for! Let’s hope he also passes these traits to his offspring.

LITTER THEME ‘VIXEN’

As Nysha is a fan of Unicorns and we had planned a litter with her in 2021, all was already planned into the Unicorn theme. But as we had to change plans, we needed a theme with the letter V. As Nysha is a fierce and flirty girl as well as an elegant female foxy, we chose the theme Vixen.

Meet & Greet

We are following Nysha’s progesteron level to see what would be the best day for having a French Date. As last time Nysha was not charmed by the stud, we decided to spend some extra time with the 2 lovebirds, but this time it was her taste. On the 4th and the 5th of November, the love birds had 2 succesful natural matings, so now fingers crossed.

On the 2nd of December it was finally time for the ultrasound, the vet counted 5 puppies on the echo, all with strong heartbeats, we are very happy with this news. Now the official countdown has started!

Puppies arrived safe and sound!

On Monday 3 January 2022, day 61, Nysha started with contractions in the morning. 1,5 hour later the first puppy was born (Mr. Mac), it took a while for him to say hello, without his amniotic sac and with his feet popping out, we needed one strong push to help him out. Only 5 minutes later her first girl made her entrance (Miss. Cherry). A small 15 minutes later her second girl was there (Miss. Twinkle). Time for a coffee break. Almost one hour later her second boy said hello (Mr. Socks) and almost one hour later her last son showed up, a little boy but with a strong will (Mr. Lemon).

Nysha is a wonderful mommy, very calm during birth, very caring and always next to them. All went so smooth, what a lovely experience and glad all is fine, now it is time to enjoy and cuddle.
